What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist:
Set up and operate CNC Vertical Mill machining centers
Load parts, cycle machine and detect malfunctions in operations
Perform highly diversified and complex contour milling, drilling, boring, and tapping
Interpret blueprints to produce high quality parts
Maintain tight tolerances
Inspect work to verify conformance of finished product
Perform minor machine maintenance such as maintaining coolants
What We're Looking for in a CNC Machinist:
2+ years of CNC vertical mill setup and operation
Solid blueprint reading skills
Ability to follow written work instructions
Working knowledge of G & M codes
Experience with materials such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and alloys
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs.
Standard measuring tools required

Compensation and schedule:
$22-30 per hour, based on experience with opportunities for overtime
Second shift or overlapping shift
Second shift employees receive a 10% shift differential on top of base pay
Flexible scheduling in 24/7 operation
Second shift employees have the option to choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, depending on availability
