Job Description:

SME CNO Analyst/Programmer

The SME CNO Analyst/Programmer develops end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools while supporting technical reviews, documentation, and presentations throughout the software development lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

Ability to design and develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.

Experience preparing technical documentation and presentations.

Ability to participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.

Degree and experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.

Required experience: 16 years with a high school diploma, 12 years with a bachelor's degree, 10 years with a master's degree, or 8 years with a PhD.

Salary range: $280,000–$300,000.

Senior CNO Analyst/Programmer

The Senior CNO Analyst/Programmer develops end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools, creates packet-level network programs, and supports technical documentation, presentations, and software reviews throughout the development lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

Experience programming with CNO tools and techniques.

Expertise in network socket programming and packet-level IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols.

Ability to design and develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.

Experience preparing technical documentation and presentations and participating in design, code, and software readiness reviews.

Education and experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.

Required experience: 12 years with a high school diploma, 8 years with a bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a master's degree.

Salary range: $240,000–$260,000.

Mid-Level CNO Analyst/Programmer

The mid-level CNO Analyst/Programmer develops software for CNO applications and supports technical documentation and formal software reviews throughout the development lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Ability to participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.

Education or experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.

Required experience: 8 years with a high school diploma, 4 years with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with a master's degree.

Salary range: $195,000–$215,000.

Junior CNO Analyst/Programmer

The junior CNO Analyst/Programmer supports software development for CNO applications by writing code, preparing technical documentation, and participating in formal software reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Ability to participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, network engineering, or a related discipline; a high school diploma may qualify with additional experience.

Required experience: no experience required with a bachelor's degree or 4 years with a high school diploma.

Salary range: $140,000–$160,000.
