Co-Founder & CEO Opportunity At Weli AI

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Weli AI, a B2B WealthTech venture currently in build at our studio. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.

Weli AI is an embedded intelligence layer for wealth advisors. It integrates market and news signals with client and portfolio data to surface prioritized next-best actions and auto-draft client communications in the advisor's voice. Rather than another standalone dashboard, Weli is designed to operate within the CRM and portfolio management tools advisors already use, enabling proactive outreach, personalized advice, and AUM growth at scale.

Customer validation is complete, the wedge is defined, and initial pilot conversations are underway. We are now seeking the founder to lead the venture from here.

The market context includes a $70T intergenerational wealth transfer underway across North America, a projected shortfall of 100,000+ advisors by 2034, and a TAM estimated at $2.28B in the U.S., with a SAM of $1.45B and an initial SOM of $145M.

FutureSight is a leading venture studio that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. You'll co-create with a proven studio team, including:

• John Carbrey 4x founder, bootstrapped to $100M ARR
• Joshua Auslander Seasoned CFO and strategic advisor with $200M aggregate exits
• Alan Smith Globally recognized early stage validation expert, 24 products launched, an exit, 5M+ books sold
• Prathna Ramesh Early-stage investor and capital strategy advisor

The partnership includes founder equity with meaningful ownership from inception, pre-seed capital committed by FutureSight for early hires and MVP development, with potential for follow-on funding, studio resources, including embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support from day one, investor and advisor network across fintech and early-stage capital markets, and a true co-creation model in which you operate as CEO with the studio as your partner.

As Co-Founder & CEO, you will set the direction of the venture and lead its execution.

• Strategy Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning
• Customer Development Lead pilots with independent RIAs, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion
• Product Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback
• Capital Lead the seed raise, supported by FutureSight's network and traction
• Team Recruit and lead the founding team, and establish the cultural foundation of the company

Co-Founder profile includes previous founding experience at a venture-backed company, demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement, fundraising fluency, with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital, proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company, and direct exposure to WealthTech, AI agents/LLMs.
