Job Overview

As the operational lead for end-to-end co-marketing activations, you will play a pivotal role in managing DoorDash's proprietary activation system, Symbiosys. Your expertise will drive successful outcomes for our advertisers and contribute to the growth of DoorDash Ads and Marketing business lines.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Activation Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of co-marketing campaigns, from initial brief to post-campaign validation.
  • Reporting & Attribution: Monitor performance and provide insights to optimize audience targeting and creative strategies.
  • Symbiosys System Ownership: Lead the deployment of complex budgets and ensure alignment with advertiser goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison for Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to translate campaign requirements into action.
  • QA Oversight: Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for flawless media activation.
  • Technical Creative Operations: Consult on technical aspects of creative trafficking across various channels.
  • Product Support (Symbiosys): Provide operational support and troubleshooting for internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in digital media operations, specifically in co-branded or retail media.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-platform activations, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Programmatic media.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with various data platforms and CMS tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.

  • Agency experience, especially in managing high-volume, cross-functional co-marketing campaigns.
