While partnering with FOP, the Project Manager will seek to understand the processes run by the teams, and the technology used for those processes to ensure a seamless efficient delivery of services. The position reports to the Manager of Crew Operations & Reliability Support in the Crew Technology Support organization, and will work closely with Crew Resources, IT, Operational Analytics and Performance (OAP) and Operations Decision Science (ODS) teams to develop, implement, and support the technology used by the crew members, with a greater focus on OpEx (non-capital) funded effortsResponsibilities• Act as the primary support person for our Business Stakeholders• Work directly with FOP, Crew Resources and IFS to ensure technology compliance with the PWA and Work Rules• Act as the lead SME supporting FOP technology initiatives• Work directly with the Product Owners to ensure work is being properly prioritized to meet the critical needs of the business• Create an effective and coherent communication and reporting strategy to drive transparency and accountability into the crew technology development process• Stay current on business processes and the technology needed to run those processes • Manage the FOP business value backlog for enhancements that fill gaps in processes or resolve pain-points and vulnerabilities• Manage and support the FOP technology readiness schedule (product releases, training, planned system outages, etc)• Work with the Technology Integration team to ensure business partners are trained and prepared for the rollout of any new crew technology and to create and maintain user feedback channels to continuously improve crew technology• Effectively communicate cross divisionally and to senior leaders• Promote safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.This position requires you to work for 2-3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.Rotations: Fall 2026, Summer 2027, Spring 2028Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal, Graphic Design or a related fieldStrong understanding of UI/UX principles and data visualizationKnowledge of project management disciplines and toolsKnowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with database systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
