This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience across both program management and product management in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

The co-op will work closely with experienced leaders to support planning, execution, requirements work, stakeholder coordination, and delivery follow-through. • Independently manage smaller projects with guidance from experienced leaders
  • Help coordinate work across HR, IT, development teams, and other business partners
  • Support requirements gathering, documentation, and refinement for evolving workstreams

  • Exposure to both program management and product management ways of working
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional partners, including development teams and business stakeholders
  • Opportunities to build skills in requirements work, delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, and project execution
  • Ownership of smaller projects that can strengthen confidence and judgment over time
  • A better understanding of how large-scale transformation work is scoped, organized, and delivered
