    Position Title

    Supply Planning Continuous Improvement Intern

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the execution and tracking of Supply Planning Continuous Improvement (CI) projects; regularly follow up with project leaders and maintain status updates
    • Consolidate, clean, and analyze project-related data, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
    • Organize and maintain project documentation, including data files, reports, and process documents
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel reports) for management reviews and team discussions
    • Provide support for digital initiatives (e.g., Power BI dashboards, data tools) through data preparation and basic maintenance
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication to help ensure smooth project execution
    • Provide general administrative and project support as needed

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's student, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or Data Analytics-related fields
    • Strong written English skills, capable of handling emails and documentation in English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Good verbal English communication skills
    • Experience in organizing activities or participating in campus projects
    • Familiarity with Power BI or other data tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus

    Soft Skills

    • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
    • Eager to learn with strong curiosity about supply chain or data-related topics
    • Good communication and teamwork skills

    • Internship duration: minimum 5 months
