Loan Documentation Manager

Summary:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Credit Department by assisting with loan documentation preparation, scanning and organizing documents, quality review processes, and other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Major duties & responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing, scanning, indexing, and organizing loan documentation and related files into electronic storage systems
• Complete quality review checks of scanned and processed loan documents for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with loan file maintenance and document tracking
• Support loan documentation staff with administrative and operational tasks related to loan processing and closing activities
• Communicate professionally with internal staff regarding document requests and file status updates
• Understand and follow Bank/department regulations, policies, and procedures, and participate in all compliance-related training
• Perform all other duties as assigned and/or necessary

REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Student status at a high school or college
• Successful completion of in-house training program
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
