Description

Boulder County Community Services Department is seeking to hire a Co-Responder Administrative Assistant. This position assists the Program Manager with administrative duties for the Co-Responder team.

This is an hourly, non-benefited position that will work 5-6 hours per week on Wednesdays from 10:00am - 3:00pm. This position will work out of 1755 S Public Rd, Lafayette, Colorado. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is non-exempt (eligible for overtime).

Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.

Hiring Salary Range: $30.00 Hourly

Tentative Hiring Timeline:

  • Phone Screening: Week of July 27th
  • First Round Interviews: Week of July 27th
  • Second Round Interviews: Week of August 3rd
  • Reference Check: Week of August 3rd

Examples of Duties

  • Monthly Data Checks

  • Ensure that there are no empty cells

  • Highlight cells and rows that need edits

  • Assist with car maintenance

  • Emissions testing

  • Ensure cars have gas

  • Ensure cars are supplied with client support goods

  • Help relay cars for routine maintenance

  • Monthly Reports

  • Input data points into Canva templates for CR Team monthly reports

  • Keep track of and input monthly narrative write ups and photos into monthly reports; follow up on any missing ones

  • Quality Assurance Checks

  • Ensure that Co-Responder case management data is entered every month

  • Notify supervisor of Co-Responders missing notes

  • P-Card Purchases

  • Purchase client goods and supplies along with marketing supplies for events

  • Complete p-card purchase sheets as needed in Oracle

  • Maintain the Storage Room

  • Keep track of inventory and ensure cleanliness of Co-Responder storage closet

  • Notify Supervisor if additional supplies are needed or run out

  • Note Taking

  • Assist in note taking during team meetings, trainings, or other events

  • Budget Assistance

  • Assist in preparation of annual budget requests, IGAs and MOUs

  • Support in Data Tracking & Updates

  • Update and Maintain Community Resource Document

  • Review and input updates for community resources and supports

  • Assist in tracking Kudos to team

  • Review weekly emails and input any Kudos provided into the corresponding CR's Kudos document for that year as well as the Kudos Tracker Document

  • Assist in tracking code black data

  • Track data for any unattended death calls in the Code Black Data document for the CR Team

  • Assist in tracking victim advocate overlap

  • Track data for Victim Advocate-involved call outs in the tracking document

  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs related work, as required

  • May be reassigned during emergency situations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
