Job Summary:

Under the direction of, and reporting to the VP of CO2, the Branch Manager (CO2) is responsible for planning, directing, dispatching and coordinating various branch and location specific operations of CM2.  This position is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the CO2 division, along with organizing the safe and efficient storage and distribution of all products, to ensure that orders are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is high.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the branch activities

  • Deliveries, routing, and scheduling of drivers and install/service techs 
  • Customer Walk in experience Excellence 
  • Maintain Required paperwork 

Managing the Customer experience through motivated staff

  • Train Team 
  • Direct Team Activities and supply feedback 

Manage the Employee Experience excellence

  • Lead by Example 
  • Provide pertinent job training and provide a safe work environment 
  • Provide regular and constructive feedback to your Team 

Manage the Financial performance of the Branch

  • Maximize profitable revenue generation 
  • Control Expense and O/T to expectations 

Maintain CMA Culture

  • Lead by example internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications:

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • High School degree or equivalent, required.
  • Associates Degree in related field desired, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of management experience, preferred.
  • Industry experience, preferred.
  • Ability to manage to assigned/designated budget.
  • Customer service background, preferred.
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills for CO2 and Beverage equipment.
  • High level of ethics, honesty, and transparency
  • Must possess excellent analytic, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to CM2, ownership, internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a good team-player, detail oriented and good at multi-tasking
  • Excellent management and leadership ability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and standard business equipment (phone, computer, copier/scanner etc.).

Work Conditions:

  • Office Setting – Primarily works in a branch office environment.
  • Occasional Field Visits – May visit client sites or other branches for meetings or inspections.
