JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise the training of dance team.
- Schedule dance team practices.
- Instruct the dance team in routines which will be performed at athletic events, parades, etc.
- Supervise dance team at practice sessions, athletic competitions, and during travel to and from scheduled events.
- Certify eligibility of dance team.
- Prepare and submit an inventory of equipment at the conclusion of season.
- Collect and store school owned uniforms at the end of season.
- Attend conference meetings, award banquets, clinics, tournaments or professional meetings whenever possible.
- Work with school principal in determining the budget for the dance program and in scheduling events.
