Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Certified Personal Trainer to join our West Hollywood team. As a BFT Trainer, you will lead dynamic 50-minute group training sessions, inspire members to push their limits, and play a key role in creating a motivating and inclusive fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-energy group training sessions with confidence and enthusiasm

• Deliver expert coaching on proper form, technique, and injury prevention

• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that aligns with the BFT brand

• Modify exercises to accommodate all fitness levels and individual needs

• Assist with member onboarding, goal-setting, and progress tracking

• Maintain a clean, organized studio space and uphold health and safety standards

• Engage with members before and after class to build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent)

• CPR/AED certification (required)

• Prior group training experience strongly preferred

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate individuals and manage group energy effectively

• Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
