The School District of Howards Grove is looking to hire a Boys Varsity Soccer Coach for the 2026 WIAA Boys Soccer Season. This coaching position requires comprehensive knowledge of the sport, the ability to motivate and communicate that knowledge in a manner appropriate to school-age student athletes, keeping the best interest of Howards Grove athletes in mind when making decisions. Experience as a player/coach is preferred. The successful candidate will have a belief that sportsmanship is critical to the success of the program, and will also have the ability to cooperate, work and communicate with students, parents, staff and other coaches, administration and the community, as well as be a team player. Candidates must have knowledge of the technical and fundamental aspects of soccer at an advanced level, and successfully work with and motivate student athletes. Schedules and practices will be discussed at the time of interview. There are daytime and weekend time commitments associated with this position. The Boys Soccer season begins in August.
