JOB TITLE: Coach: Swimming-Girls Co-Head

Position Summary: Athletic coaches are responsible for leading a competitive program that emphasizes sportsmanship, integrity, and teamwork. The coach is a key leader who fosters athletic and academic excellence while maintaining professional boundaries and clear communication within the school community.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Student & Team Development

• Design and implement high-quality practice plans and competition strategies focused on student growth.

• Communication

• Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with student-athletes, parents, school administration, and community stakeholders.

• Presence & Engagement

• Attend all scheduled practices, games, and departmental events, including "Raider Council" meetings and other requirements outlined in the Coaches Handbook.

• Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure full compliance with all District policies, WIAA rules, and state/federal statutes. Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional boundaries with students and staff at all times.

• Safety & Environment

• Create a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Demonstrate appropriate conduct while representing the District on and off-site.
