Coaching Positions -HS Football Asst. Coach, MS Football Asst. Coach and HS Winter Cheer Asst. Coach

Join our dedicated coaching team in South Plainfield and help inspire and develop student-athletes across high school and middle school football, as well as high school winter cheer. We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate coaches who thrive in a team environment and are committed to fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth in our athletes. Your contribution will be crucial in shaping a positive athletic experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing training sessions and game strategies.
• Support the head coach in team management and logistics.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes on and off the field.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Assist with administrative duties related to team activities and events.

Other Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate or County Substitute Certificate
• Prior coaching experience at the high school level, with demonstrated knowledge of the sport
• Proven ability to lead student athletes, promote teamwork, and demonstrate sportsmanship Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with student-athletes, staff, and parents
• Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations, and willingness to comply with school district policies
• Valid CPR/AED/Basic First Aid Certification
• Successful completion of all required training, including but not limited to, concussion and cardiac training, as well as any other courses mandated by the district, NJSIAA, or other relevant governing bodies
