Position Highlights
- Premier Outpatient Practice: Join an established primary care clinic (1 physician + 2 experienced NPs). Pure outpatient focus with sustainable 20-30 patients per day. Help capture market share from local private groups in a supportive, growing health system environment.
- Exceptional Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with true 4- or 4.5-day workweek options. No hospital rounding. No ER call. Light phone-only practice call (1:8 rotation, app-based after answering service triage do not have to come in).
- Proven High-Volume Team: Current physician and both NPs rank in the top 1% for earnings and productivity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Earnings: Base salary with uncapped RVU-based productivity (strong upside current physician exceeds 22,000 RVUs annually).
- Day 1 Bonus: $25,000 sign-on bonus.
- Relocation Support: $10,000 paid relocation assistance.

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
