Coating Machine Operator

Seeking a Coating Machine Operator for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting aerospace & defense production in Santa Rosa, CA. Responsibilities include operating coating machines, processing and inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, and performing in-process measurements. The role requires mechanical skills, physical stamina, flexibility for multiple shifts, and the ability to lift up to 38 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience with production machines
• Proficiency with hand tools, Microsoft Office, and reading technical instructions
• Strong communication, independence, and adaptability skills
• Ability to stand most of the shift, support safety protocols, and obtain security clearance
