Compensation: up to $90k base + bonuses and incentive pay

About the Opportunity

I’m partnered with a growing and well-respected industrial services company that is expanding its coatings division and looking to bring on a Coatings Manager to lead from the front.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands protective coatings, specialty flooring systems, and surface prep — and wants to be part of a company that is actively growing its footprint.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage coatings projects from bid to completion
• Lead crews performing:
• • Epoxy and resinous flooring systems
  • Industrial painting and protective coatings
  • Abrasive blasting / surface preparation
  • Structural steel coatings
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and materials across multiple jobs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard
• Work closely with estimating and operations teams to support project success
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and field teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing industrial or commercial coatings projects
• Strong background in:
• • Epoxy flooring / specialty coatings
  • Abrasive blasting and surface prep
  • Industrial painting systems
• Ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control in coatings environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
