What You'll Do as a Coatings Inspector:- Inspect coated boards and panels under a microscope for proper coverage
- Perform coating touch-ups using precision hand tools
- Use tools such as pliers, cutters, and small instruments during assembly
- Handle and position boards for detailed inspection processes
- Complete production and inspection documentation accurately
- Enter data into computer systems for tracking and reporting
- Follow supervisor instructions and support production operations
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and company procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Coatings Inspector Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under a microscope and remain seated for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
