Cocktail Attendant - Pool & Beach PT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and courteous Pool and Beach Cocktail Attendant to welcome and serve guests within the pool and beach areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the designated areas, providing guests with information regarding cocktail and beverage choices and placing cocktail and beverage orders using Micros terminals. This is a year-round part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and orient guests to the pool and beach areas and maintain a positive guest experience
• Serve cocktails and beverages to guests and make recommendations
• Use Micros terminals to charge for cocktails and beverages
• Proactively anticipate guest/member needs and provide applicable services
• Observe areas for guest or operational needs and provide immediate services where required
• Communicate with guests regarding their needs and ensure they are met in a timely manner
• Move chairs and equipment to and from beach and pool areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
