This position plays a vital role in creating a positive guest experience by maintaining a professional demeanor, upholding responsible alcohol service standards, and ensuring service areas and beverage carts are stocked, clean, and organized at all times. The Cocktail Server also ensures accuracy in processing guest transactions and coordinating with other team members to maintain efficient floor coverage.
