Pay: $25 / hour plus tips

Responsibilities:

Cocktail servers are responsible for taking and delivering drink orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their duties include greeting and interacting with guests, recommending drinks or menu items based on preferences, handling cash and credit card transactions, and monitoring alcohol consumption to comply with legal regulations. They may also assist with bar preparation, restocking supplies, and opening or closing tasks.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience as a server in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, with a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)

Physical Demands:

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms

• RBS Certificate (Responsible Beverage Service)
