Overview It is the primary responsibility of the Cocktail Server to expedite guests drink order and to provide beverage and bussing service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities • Maintains a professional image. • Maintains professional working relationships. • Collects payment for food and beverage services. • Follows company cash handling and accounting procedures. • Provides exceptional service experience. • Excellent product knowledge. • Guides guests in selecting food and beverage items. • L.E.A.D. / T.I.P.S certification • Notifies manager of unhappy guests. • Performs assigned side-work duties. • Assists mangers/chefs as directed. • Takes drink orders at guest greeting, delivers beverages and offers appetizers. Takes entire order, writes down order and repeats order to guest for clarification.
