    Position Summary
    The Knowledge Bar is seeking a polished, charismatic, and service-focused Cocktail Server to join our upscale Social Room team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a luxury, high-energy environment and understands the importance of delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere while providing seamless, attentive beverage service.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level guest experience from first interaction to final farewell
    • Greet guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism within a high-end social environment
    • Take and execute beverage orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and curated menu offerings
    • Confidently upsell top-shelf selections, signature cocktails, and bottle service
    • Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, personalized service
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned Social Room environment
    • Manage tabs, payments, and POS transactions with accuracy and discretion
    • Collaborate with bartenders and team members to deliver smooth, high-level service
    • Uphold all brand standards, dress codes, and responsible alcohol service requirements
    Qualifications
    • Previous cocktail serving or hospitality experience in upscale, lounge, or nightlife settings preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally engaging and outgoing presence
    • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
    • Professional appearance and commitment to luxury service standards
    • Working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation
    • Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience in luxury lounges, nightclubs, or high-end hospitality venues
    • Familiarity with VIP service and bottle presentations
    • Proven ability to drive sales through upselling and guest engagement
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand and move continuously throughout shift
    • Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25–30 lbs
    • Comfortable working in dim lighting, high-volume, and music-driven atmosphere
    Schedule
    • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required
