Key Requirements:
  • We are looking for a bilingual Construction Estimator with a strong backgrounds concrete and  infrastructure to manage project take-offs, bid proposals and cost analysis.
  • Review project plans, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the full scope of work.
  • Perform accurate material quantity take-offs, with a specialized focus on large-scale concrete pours and infrastructure requirements.
  • Coordinate with project management and site leadership to ensure estimates align with actual project requirements and timelines.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. 
  •  Valid driver's license and a history of professional excellence. 

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 0800-5PM
