We are looking for a bilingual Construction Estimator with a strong backgrounds concrete and infrastructure to manage project take-offs, bid proposals and cost analysis.
Review project plans, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the full scope of work.
Perform accurate material quantity take-offs, with a specialized focus on large-scale concrete pours and infrastructure requirements.
Coordinate with project management and site leadership to ensure estimates align with actual project requirements and timelines.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Valid driver's license and a history of professional excellence.
