Job Title: Coffee RoasterLocation: Sunbury, PA - Coffee Roasting & Packaging FacilityJob Type: Full-TimeShift: 3rd Shift - Monday - Thursday (8:00pm-6:00am)Pay Rate: $18 per hourJoin the Fresh Roasted Coffee Production TeamFresh Roasted Coffee is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Coffee Roaster to join our growing coffee production team. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our production team, operating our commercial roasting equipment to deliver consistently excellent coffee.This is a hands-on production role that keeps you active throughout the day and plays a key part in delivering high-quality coffee to customers across the country.What You'll DoOperate and monitor commercial roasting equipment in accordance with production schedules and quality standardsConsistently produce roast profiles that meet our flavor and quality specifications across large volumesConduct quality checks on roasted coffee, assessing aroma, flavor, and consistency. Maintain accurate roast logs and production recordsClean and maintain roasting equipment and the work area. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily roasting targetsMaintaining an accurate database and production information via roasting softwareOperate forklift to transfer coffee from inventory to roasting areaAssist with bagging and sealing roasted coffee as needed to meet production needs Follow all safety and food handling protocolsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForExcellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision under pressureComfortable with learning roasting software (Cropster) Ability to troubleshoot roasting issues and analyze dataAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsPassion for coffee and commitment to continuous improvementA basic understanding of mechanical processes is beneficial, particularly for maintaining equipmentRequires safe forklift operations (training available)Excellent time management skillsManufacturing experience preferred but not requiredWhy Join Fresh Roasted Coffee?Growth & StabilityWe are a rapidly growing coffee manufacturer with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term growth.
