Job Overview

As a QC BioAssay Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our laboratory processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in maintaining the high standards of our operations. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with potential for overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cell-based immunological in vitro methods and operate laboratory instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP regulations and maintain excellent documentation practices.
• Design studies, perform data analysis, and present results both in writing and orally.
• Enter observations into trending databases for analysis.
• Support the QC team in departmental operations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to SOPs and good documentation practices to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in laboratory, biotech, cell therapy, or related industry.
• Experience with aseptic techniques and mammalian cell culturing.
• Familiarity with cGMP as defined in 21CFR210 and 211.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience in cell-based assays and molecular biology-based assays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
