- Cognos Upgradation experience
- Strong administrative and development
- Resolving production issues and tickets in the Cognos environment in a timely manner
- Installation and configuration of all suites of Cognos BI products on a multi-server environment
- Install Patches and other major updates
- Setup of the backups of all Cognos environments
- Administer Cognos user accounts, package, folder, data level security
- Setup Audit and samples reporting packages and reports
- Cognos Connection portal page customization
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of servers with performance issues
- License Management
- Monitor and document each Iteration of the project
- Shell Scripting for automation "
