Job Description
- 8+ years of experience as an IBM Cognos Developer.
- Develop and maintain ad hoc reports for Claims and Finance modules.
- Strong experience with IBM Cognos Analytics/Report Studio.
- Experience working with Health Enterprise (HE) systems is mandatory.
- Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions based on business requirements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and report generation.
- Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and validate reporting requirements.
- Ensure report accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare reporting standards.
