Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Director of Programming, you will serve as the primary contact for a cohort of Executive MBA (EMBA) - Ann Arbor students and the faculty who teach them. Working with the program team to ensure programming aligns with strategic direction and learning objectives, you will manage the comprehensive student services and program delivery functions for one of two student cohorts in Ann Arbor, including engagement in delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of executive student learning and development activities. You will also engage in delivery of EMBA admissions activities, leadership development and career advancement programming, alumni events, and work on special projects to help continuously develop the program.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. The role may require occasional domestic and/or international travel and work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.

Additional Information
The salary offer range for this position is $53,500 to $66,100. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.
