Seeking a Coil Header Welder for 3rd shift, responsible for leading, mentoring, and training junior mechanics, performing critical welding & flat weld assemblies.
- Ensure safety and maintain quality standards while interpreting shop documents, operating plasma cutters, and MIG welders on galvanized and stainless steel.
- Lead by example, support continuous improvement, and uphold 5S standards.
- Communicate effectively, interpret drawings/blueprints, and document processes.
- Possess proficiency in welding, blueprint reading, and math, with at least one year of experience preferred.
- Operate in a physically demanding environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing up to 80%, and working in varying temperatures.
- Work scheduled hours may include weekends and overtime.
