What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Review wiring diagrams and work orders.
• Set up coil-forming devices on machines.
• Thread wire through tension devices and guides.
• Wrap insulation or insert plastic blocks.
• Cut wire and shape end windings.
• Wind materials around the coil and apply varnish, epoxy, or wax.
• Strip insulation from lead wires and solder to terminals.
• Read and understand simple instructions in English.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in coil winding or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and work orders.
• Familiarity with hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

$19.00-$22.00/hour
