Position Summary:
Our client in Roselle, IL is seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a 1st Shift Coiling position. This role focuses on machine operation, precision measurement, quality checks, and product packaging, offering a consistent 4-day workweek schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate or assist with running machinery in the Coiling department with guidance from lead operators and setup technicians.
Quality & Measurement: Use precision gauges to measure inner (ID) and outer (OD) diameters; inspect products and immediately report defects or quality issues.
Material Handling & Packing: Safely package finished coils, performing good hand-eye coordination tasks.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, workspace and strictly follow prescribed safety standards.
