Board‑Certified Dermatologist / Mohs Surgeon – Oakland County, MI Location: Oakland County, Michigan Employment Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time Setting: On‑Site | Private Practice Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Call | No Weekends About the Opportunity A well‑established private dermatology practice in Oakland County is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing clinical team. This role offers a blend of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with strong preference for candidates trained or experienced in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. The position provides excellent clinical autonomy, a stable patient base, and a predictable work‑life balance in a supportive, collaborative environment. Compensation Competitive compensation aligned with Michigan market rates: Dermatologist Base Salary: $450,000 – $700,000+ annually Fellowship‑Trained Mohs Surgeon: $550,000 – $850,000+ annually (Dependent on surgical volume, patient load, and production incentives) Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses Collection‑based incentives Sign‑on bonus (where applicable) Relocation assistance Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions. Perform skin cancer screenings and develop treatment plans. Provide medical dermatology consultations and follow‑up care. Conduct dermatologic surgical procedures. Perform Mohs micrographic surgery (if fellowship‑trained). Offer cosmetic dermatology services when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems. Collaborate with clinical support staff to optimize patient outcomes. Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care. Required Qualifications MD or DO degree. Completion of an accredited Dermatology Residency Program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology. Eligibility for Michigan Medical Licensure. Strong clinical and surgical skills.
