Step into a pivotal role on our logistics team, where you guide products through the cold chain with precision and care. From your first checklist to the last truck roll-out, you keep orders accurate, packaging secure, and timelines on track—all while navigating a freezer environment and operating material-handling equipment with confidence.

A day in the life

• Stage, pick, pack, and label outbound orders with meticulous accuracy using established picking and packing methods.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to safely load and unload trailers.
• Manage stock locations and counts in a Warehouse Management System (WMS), keeping aisles organized and inventory current.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify against purchase orders in AS400 or other MRP platforms, and document discrepancies or damage.
• Record shipping and receiving activity in the warehouse distribution system to keep orders moving and stakeholders informed.
• Fulfill orders efficiently with order pickers and RF devices to meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Package goods to withstand frozen transit conditions, following company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate timely carrier pickups and deliveries to maintain schedule integrity.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with all safety protocols.
• Partner with inventory control to fine-tune stock levels and boost order accuracy.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution using a WMS.
• Proficiency with sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment: picking, packing, stocking, loading, and unloading.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and packaging requirements.
• Solid basic math for counts, measurements, and freight dimensions/weights.
• Comfort with MRP systems (AS400 or similar).
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Shipping & receiving background; experience loading trucks.
• RF scanning and basic computer skills.
• Sit-down forklift certification and experience.
• Ability to work in a cold freezer environment.
• Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Schedule

Two positions available across two shifts:
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:30pm
