A day in this role
- Support receiving and shipping by loading and unloading products in a refrigerated environment.
- Watch over temperature settings and document readings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct quality inspections on both inbound and outbound items.
- Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Partner closely with teammates to hit production targets and timeframes.
- Immediately report equipment issues or safety risks to supervisors.
- Participate in training and follow all company policies and procedures.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in warehouse or cold storage is a plus.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong safety mindset.
- Clear communicator who works well in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
