Cold Form Team Lead - Night Shift

Looking for a Supervisor/Team Leader for Night Shift. Will train on days and then move to nights. Pay differential once on nights. Will be supervising/participating with a team of 3 to 5 Press machine operators, help with daily production activities within their assigned department. Demonstrate solid understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality standards; provide training and support to crew members. Execute the daily production plans, assign manpower effectively. Ensure all team members follow OSHA and company safety requirements. Will assign tasks, monitor workflow, resolve issues, and communicate priorities while working alongside the team to meet production goals and maintain smooth, coordinated operations across the plant.
