SAGE Dining Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cold Prep Cook with baking experience to join our kitchen team at a private day school in St. Louis. In this role, you will prepare fresh, high-quality cold food items while supporting scratch baking production for daily meal service and special events. Key responsibilities include preparing salads, sandwiches, parfaits, grab-and-go offerings, baked goods, breads, cookies, muffins, and desserts while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.This position also supports catering and special-event production, keeps workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked, and collaborates with the culinary team to ensure efficient daily operations.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Available overtime for catering events with advance notice.
