Production Associate / Warehouse Laborer

Advance Services is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a fast-paced production environment. This position involves repetitive physical labor and requires candidates who are comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift while handling products and materials safely and efficiently.

Job Duties:

• Repetitively stack and move cases of product
• Repackage and kit products according to specifications
• Apply labels, coding, and date markings to products
• Perform air tempering and water tempering processes
• Pre-price merchandise as required
• Palletize finished products for shipment
• Package products for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds independently and heavier weights with team lifting assistance
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment
