Job Title: Cold Storage Packer
Location: Miami, OK
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 9:00am–Finish, 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
Schedule: Schedule will include one weekend day each week
Summary of the Role:The Cold Storage Packer will work in a refrigerated production environment packaging, stacking, and preparing products for storage or shipment. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in cold temperatures throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products according to company quality and production standards.
- Stack and organize boxes and finished products.
- Prepare packaged products for storage or shipment.
- Move products and materials throughout the work area as needed.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a production team.
- Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and products throughout the workday.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work a 4-day schedule that includes one weekend day.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Previous production, packing, warehouse, or cold storage experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:$11.00 per hour
