What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll help keep products moving safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities include:

• 
  Safely receive, store and ship products
  
• 
  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and RF scanning equipment
  
• 
  Load and unload trucks while ensuring shipment accuracy
  
• 
  Perform inventory movements using FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
  
• 
  Complete inspection reports and daily paperwork accurately
  
• 
  Monitor product quality and food safety standards
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  
• 
  Stretch wrap pallets, hand-load containers and perform general warehouse duties
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  
• 
  Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives
  
• 
  Report any food safety, quality or safety concerns promptly
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  High school diploma or GED
  
• 
  Must be at least 18 years old
  
• 
  Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
  
• 
  Valid driver's license preferred
  
• 
  Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -30 F to 60 F
  
• 
  Ability to frequently lift up to 80 pounds
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and punctuality
  
• 
  Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
