Job Description
Job Title : Collaboration Engineering AnalystLocation : RemoteDuration:6-12 months- Looking for 3-5 years of experience ideally
- Will execute against defined rollout and implementation plans for collaboration technologies
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization in partnership with internal IT teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across collaboration tools
- Document solutions, workflows, and standard troubleshooting procedures
- Figuring out the different controls on the tools and how it impacts customer experience
- Configuring controls
- Setting up workspace for testing
- Working with Security team to set up SSO, Active Directory, etc.
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., O365 or similar)
- Systems/IT generalist background
- Documentation/PowerPoint work
- Being a critical thinker is important
