Job Summary:
This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing a global enterprise collaboration ecosystem. You will provide essential operational support for a wide array of messaging and productivity tools, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration for a large user base. A key aspect of this position involves leveraging automation and security best practices to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support core messaging and collaboration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex email flow and security incidents.
- Implement and manage integrations between various SaaS collaboration applications.
- Support AI-enabled features and their secure integration into workflows.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting and APIs.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience with enterprise collaboration and messaging platforms.
- Strong skills in PowerShell or Google Apps Script for automation.
- Expertise in enterprise email security and mail flow management.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience supporting and administering collaboration and messaging platforms within a large global enterprise setting.
