What You Bring:
3–5 years of hands-on collateral management experience, ideally at a bank, broker-dealer, or buy-side firm
Strong working knowledge of bilateral and cleared OTC margin processes (IM and VM)
Direct experience with Acadia Margin Manager and TriResolve required
Experience with Colline (VERMEG) strongly preferred
Familiarity with UMR initial margin requirements, segregated collateral structures, and 40 Act fund segregation
Solid understanding of collateral legal documentation: CSA, MSFTA, GMRA
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
What You'll Do:
Process and manage daily margin calls, collateral movements, and substitutions across multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CSA, MSFTA, and GMRA documentation
Authorize margin in internal systems and external platforms (Acadia Margin Manager, TriResolve), reviewing bookings for completeness
Investigate and resolve margin disputes; maintain well-documented commentary on breaks and root causes within the collateral management system (Colline)
Partner daily with Treasury, Repo, XVA, and Trading Desks to align posted collateral with optimization objectives
Manage cash and non-cash collateral settlement fails through to resolution
Perform and review daily reconciliations serving as key controls to the margin process
Support build-out of new business initiatives and contribute to the design and improvement of the collateral management control framework
