This role provides hands‑on experience in marketing operations, partner coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration. (This is not marketing but logistics and operations operation focused.)Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of trade marketing programs across hobby shops, breakers, and retail partnersOrganize and maintain marketing assets (POS materials, signage, digital toolkits, creative files) across shared platformsCross‑check product details, timelines, assets, and messaging to help ensure one clear source of truth before information is distributed to accountsTrack program milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using Airtable, spreadsheets, and shared trackersAssist with vendor coordination and logistics support, including basic order tracking, quantities, and shipping documentationGather and summarize feedback from field accounts to help inform future programs and improvementsConduct research and support idea generation for new trade programs, activations, and partner initiativesProject You'll OwnFFNYC Trade Marketing Plan (June)You will take ownership of the master FFNYC trade plan document supporting programs such as Topps Trade Night and Topps Hobby School. Responsibilities include:Serving as a key point of communication with the FFNYC teamTracking participating accountsManaging key dates and deadlinesDocumenting account requirementsAsset & Toolkit CoordinationTrack FFNYC‑specific assets from initial request through creation and final deliveryOrganize toolkits to help ensure accounts receive the correct materials at the right timeConduct quality checks on key details (dates, logos, copy, eligibility criteria) before materials are finalized or shippedCollect video feedback from participating accounts to support recap materialsSummarize outcomes for each program, including what worked well, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future activationsWhat You BringStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyComfort working in spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documentsClear written and verbal communication skillsConfidence in following up with stakeholders to gather necessary information and keep projects on trackInterest in marketing, operations, sales enablement, project coordination, or the sports and collectibles industryPreferred:Previous internship or academic experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldFamiliarity with tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar project management platformsThe hourly rate for this position is $27.00.About UsFanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform.
