Available shift in NY is 9:30am - 6pm, Monday thru Friday, In-Office. Available shift in FL is 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday, In-Office.
What Youll Do: • Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients. • Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team. • Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.
