Collection Agent

Dunham & Jones Attorneys at Law, P.C. , a growing criminal defense law firm, seeks a full-time Collection Agent in our Fort Worth office. Dunham & Jones, is a well-established and respected criminal defense law firm, a firm built on purpose, meaning, service, and relationships. We help our clients navigate the complex criminal litigation process by providing experienced, compassionate, and responsive legal counsel and expertise. Duties and Responsibilities include: · Collecting Balances · Negotiating payment plans · Collecting payments via credit card or direct debit via phone. · Logging every contact attempt and the outcome of the contact. · Updating system when debts are satisfied. · Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance. Education: · High school diploma or GED required. Qualifications: · Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required. · 1 year of sales, customer service or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required. · Previous debt collection experience is preferred but not required.
