We are seeking a motivated and professional Collection Point Caller to generate inbound calls for our office. This position plays a key role in initiating consumer contact and supporting our collections team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate inbound calls for the office through outbound contact efforts
Clearly and professionally communicate with consumers
Maintain compliance and professionalism on every call
Meet daily activity and performance expectations
Support team goals and overall company production targets
Qualifications
Previous point caller experience is a plus (not required)
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
Self-motivated and dependable
Basic computer skills
