Most of your day is spent on the phone or on the computer, reviewing applications, recognizing and creating opportunities to renew customer agreements, and providing excellent customer service as you contact customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts. You will actively listen to resolve issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary. You may schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. There are field activities to pick up product and deliver door hangers.Your patience and tact are essential in maintaining relationships with customers. When challenges arise, you handle them quickly while providing top-notch service. You must be able to multitask, manage the pace of calls, and stay focused on the customer to meet weekly goals.
