The ideal candidate will oversee both the Collections and Customer Servicing teams, manage daily operations, and maintain a personal portfolio of accounts. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced environment.Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of 5–7 collection agents and CSR reps, providing coaching, training, and daily support.Manage your own block of accounts while helping the team reach their performance goals.Oversee daily operations for the Collections and Customer Servicing departments.Identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Utilize computer systems and technology to streamline processes and increase productivity.Ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of collections experience, or strong CSR skills.
